Closing PVs which were fixed in the XFS linux port a long time
ago.
Description :
3.) Port user commands under slinx-xfs/eoe/cmd/xfs
        xfs_bmap, xfs_bstat, xfsdump/xfsrestore, xfs_fsr, xfs_estimate,
        xfs_fstyp, (skip imap, ggd, grio* for now),
        and xfs_growfs.
