Add Andi Kleen's patch to kdb to allow simultaneous input from keyboard
or serial console. Even if you boot with a serial console you can
still use a normal keyboard (if the machine has one). And if you boot
with both video and a serial console you can get output on both. Use
console=tty0 console=ttyS0,38400
Also while you are in kdb the caps lock and scroll lock leds will flash,
you can tell that you are in kdb even if the screen is not working (X11).
