PB_MIN_DIRTY_PAGES

hi,

the PB_MIN_DIRTY_PAGES symbol seems to be missing from the 
top of tree source ... doesn't build - temporary fix i'm using:

$ p_rdiff fs/page_buf.c
4832a4833
> int PB_MIN_DIRTY_PAGES = 0;

is that right?  shall i put it back or are you in the middle
of a checkin perhaps?
