I used the latest CVS-version of XFS that I retrieved yesterday (30.3.2k).
mount -t xfs -o loop file /mnt
resulted in an immediate kernel panic (no oops):
Kernel panic: loop: block not locked
The file resides on an ext2 partition of an IDE drive. I created that
file by simply copying a small partition. mount of that partition
goes fine. Well I guess that's all I need to report.
BTW Is there a backport for 2.2.x kernels?
Bye,
