Linux + XFS

Hi,

I tried using XFS using the following configuration:
* Celeron 366Mhz, 32mb, IDE base controller,
  AHA1542 SCSI controller (ISA)
* Quantum HD with XFS (IRIX 5.2) 
* RedHat 6.0

I ripped the Quantum HD out of an Indy and I need to mount it
for some reasons. I downloaded the 2.3.99-pre2 kernel with XFS.
The kernel recognizes the SGI partition (sda1 sda2 sda3 sda4)
BUT I'm unable to mount any of the partitions.

The HD came out of an 
SGI Indy IP22
100 Mhz MIPS - 96mb
IRIX 5.2 

(The blue box thingy:-))

Any ideas why I can't mount it?
