That's what is was for... I couldn't remember wich function proto was
needed.

libsim needs to compile with the but_t macros, so even though we are
very close to using pagebuf meta data, the buf_t case need to compile.

I know this is a pain... the first month of porting was noting but
compiler errors.

I think I know to fix this... I'll give it a shot and let you know
