Found in xfsprogs-3.2.2.

The libxfs makefile builds and runs the tool gen_crc32table on the host
machine.  The current implementation uses the target compiler for the build of
this tool.

The attached patch adds AX_PROG_CC_FOR_BUILD to configure.ac and changes the
makefile to use CC_FOR_BUILD when building gen_crc32table.
