(with -l size=4096b, this case seems work on openSUSE 13.1 RC1.) 2. Use more agcount. (with agcount=2, this case seems work on openSUSE 13.1 RC1.) I think that it should work on extremely condition as I used because mkfs.xfs allows that parameters.
