Hello All!

It took some time for me to make sure that I solved the problem. It seems, that
upgrade to 2.6.29.6 kernel solved the problem. I suppose that core issue was
Debian 2.6.26 kernel which includes RC version (00.00.03.20-rc1) of
megaraid_sas driver o_O... 2.6.29.6 contains 00.00.04.01 version.

The problem with XFS existed only on machines with LSI MegaRaid or Dell PERC
(LSI MegaRaid based obviously) so I started to suspect controller driver...
Bull's eye! :)

The problem is gone now! Thanks for your help!

Best regards,
Tomasz Kruszona
