root@conserveer:/home/rolek# xfs_metadump -w /dev/sdd1 /usr/sdd1_metadump
xfs_db: metadump.c:470: generate_obfuscated_name: Assertion
`xfs_da_hashname(newname, namelen) == hash' failed.
/usr/sbin/xfs_metadump: line 31: 31268 Aborted xfs_db$DBOPTS -F
-i -p xfs_metadump -c "metadump$OPTS $2" $1
I'm still assuming this is because I ran it on a filesystem with errors on it.
Or should it be able to handle that gracefully?
> So sounds like 2 bugs, "(I'm still trying to find out why the actual "illegal

No, no. I wouldn't say it is a bug until I find the time to do a complete run
with xfs_repair. Probably it's something that is found in phase 3 and fixed in
phase 6 or something like that. I'm not sure, I haven't read the code that
thoroughly. :)
Maybe I should rephrase: I'm still trying to find the time to run xfs_repair so
it can fix the "illegal name" problem, though.
