The manual syscall defines were there before glibc defined them.
It's not uncommon for new features to be put into these tools
before glibc supports the syscall, and that's when we end up with
these manual definitions.

Generally, they get removed at some point in the future when either
code cleanup is underway or someone notices they are wrong. I'd suggest
that in this case they should just be replaced with a #include now
that glibc supports them....
