we should least get the facts right.
I wonder if the US law has a similar provision for a mandatory rebuttal
in publications as the continental European law.

Thank you for your response, Christoph. At this point, both articles have
been heavily debated and dissected around the internet, with people coming
down on both sides. Henry has been at this for a few decades at a level few
people can match, so since this is his opinion after working at that level
for many years, I'm inclined to let it stand as is.
