Looking at comment #40,
I presume this means that we are calling xfs_ifree on the same
inode on multiple occassions.
So, xfs_ifree() gets called on last reference of an unlinked inode
and so it must call xfs_iunlink_remove to take the inode out
of the unlinked list.
The code checks the head of the list for a match, otherwise it
traverses the list (found from the hash bucket in the agi) looking
for the inode. And in our cases it doesn't find the inode that
it was expecting to be there as it manages to get to the end
of the list.
Is it a case of us trying to free the inode multiple times and
so we've already removed the inode from the list previously?

Just trying to get up to speed on what this is about...
