This looks like kmem slab corruption - XFS is not the only user  
of the slab that we tripped over the problem in so it could be 
anything. What triggered the bug was memory reclaim - the machine 
was probably running low on memory and what caused the problem is 
probably long gone as well. 
 
Can you enable with CONFIG_DEBUG_SLAB=y and CONFIG_DEBUG_PAGEALLOC=y 
and run with those set? That might point to the problem more closely.
