Count me in on this one too:
I've seen it with 2.6.15, 2.6.16.27 2.6.17.13 2.6.17.6 and 2.6.18.1. The drive
it's on is an LVM. Left unnoticed for long enough and XFS shuts down the
filesystem. The following dump occurs almost instantly after the lvm is
mounted. mount -o remount,rw doesn't seem to dissuade it either.
