Can you run the following commands on your filesystem:

# xfs_db -c "inode 387655" -c "print" /dev/sda6
# xfs_db -c "inode 13313696" -c "print" /dev/sda6
# xfs_db -c "inode 17197100" -c "print" /dev/sda6

and post the output.
