I forgot to add the hint that it seems to be the same as in 
http://oss.sgi.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=631 - but they seems to think, 
that it is a xfs_repair bug - but it seems to be a critical kernel bug.

Perhaps I've also to mention, that we were running 2.6.17.4 one week - but 
cause of some bugs in the new tg3 broadcom driver with TSO support we changed 
back to 2.6.16 - or might this be the problem??
