Hello all,

Some of you have expressed interest in STP OSBYPASS.  The following is a
link to the latest libST design documents.  libST is the OSBYPASS API for
STP.  Currently we are implementing this on IRIX/GSN and would like
feedback and suggestions on how portable it is and if it is general enough
to support GigE, ... on LINUX.
