Telephone Banking Fraudulent Warning
An attempt to request for expiry date on your credit card:
Tuesday, 04 Dec 2007 at 7:14:37 EST
The request was denied for one of two reasons:
  • Recently we have witnessed an increase in hoax phone calls to customers.
  • The callers claim to be bank employees and ask the unsuspecting customers questions about their identity.
If you remember trying to access your card through telephone banking, please select "That was me."
If you have reason to doubt the validity of a caller, please select "That was NOT me." Please familiarise yourself with these alert that have targeted our Telephone Banking service and protect your account with us.
That was me That was not me
