Hi Steve,

The 330 came with ProPack 1.3-VW if you purchased a linux 330.
The XF86Config distributed together with this has the appropriate
modeline for 1600x1024 digital mode that has been tested and proven to
work with the 1600SW with the MultiLinkAdaptor on a 330 with VR3
graphics.

The specific stuff you need to do is simply to switch the screens
section in your XF86Config to change to the following in your screens
section:

monitor "SGI_17inch_1600SW_MultiLink"

modes "1600x1024"

and that should be it as documented in the top portion of the
XF86Config file itself.

you should contact support if you have any problems. this will help
them find out more about (and keep stats so that sgi figures out what
went wrong) what customers are having trouble with. keep CCing me on
any conversation, i'll make sure that SGI does things right for you.

Best regards,
jaya
