ProPack 1.2 only for Intel CPUs?

Tried booting the i386 1.2 package on my home 486 computer...  Just wanted
to make sure that it isn't compiled specifically for Intel's, since I don't
have a true Intel CPU.

I'm getting a kernel panic on reboot:
