  I know Stephen Tweedie's rawio patch has since been integrated in to the 
2.4 kernel.  But have the SGI Enhancements to Stephen's patch been added to 
any 2.4.x kernels, if not is there a patch available for this?  I've only 
been able to find the patch 2.2.13.  Any help would be appreciated.
