Since we are not retargetting, no. I know of several efforts retargetting,
perhaps this is a topic of general interest.

This is a genuine concern shared amongst a number of groups. For our site,
we have no immediate plan until after our own first release.

We will make an attempt to do that. I've tried to cover the important 
ones for developers (such as Mempool usage, 0.13 release running on NUE,
...)
