I suggest you preprocess your input file. It has <aips/...> as include
files.
Then try to minimize the input file while keeping the problem reproducible.
The "internal compiler error" message will not get anyone very far to help
you. Also, try to compile it using vanilla gcc, this will tell you
whether its a Pro64 problem or gcc problem.

I am getting and internal compiler error using the pro-64.
Not a clue yet why. An additional question. Is there a
