           The .w2c.h file generated by the SGI compiler contains this line:
        
                #include <whirl2c.h>
        
           Where is this file located?
        
Oops.  We forgot to release that.  I'll make sure it gets put into the
next source release.  You might be able to workaround it by using
some obvious typedefs, but it also has macros for some arithmetic
operations.
