build/rpm/pcp.spec.in: put the prereq back (sort of) for pmda-ds389 rpm
Allow SuSE alternate name of RPM.
This is still not as good as making the packaging of the whole rpm
dependent on the platform being one that makes sense for 389 Directory
Server monitoring ... but that is a task for someone else.

The Requires: perl-LDAP clause is not acceptable for platforms when
the perl-LDAP rpm is not available.
