I now had a bit of time to check it and it's nice work indeed.

However, one minor question:

The pcp-ipcs(1) man page lists quite a few options which are not
supported (and not shown in pcp ipcs --help output) as it is almost a
1:1 copy of the ipcs(1) man page, would it make sense to list all the
unsupported options under the CONFORMING TO section? For some reason
some are listed already (like -a and -b) but not all (e.g., -s and -q).
