Hmm, except for qa/102 which seems to have been overlooked from the earlier
list of regressions I sent (and so, not surprisingly, still fails).

It looks much more difficult to resolve while still testing the original
functionality.  I've just gone for the simple pmcd functionality override
in the end - feel free to rework it though.
