With this change, archives created with derived metrics can at least be
processed with pmlogrewrite to produce a usable archive (by changing the
"domain" of the PMID from 511 to something else).

pmlogrewrite: change severity of DYNAMIC_PMID checks
If an archive contains the PMID of a derived metric (one where the
domain is DYNAMIC_PMID), treat this as a warning, not an error.
