Hi -

Please review/enjoy a new option for pmmgr, automated pmlogreduce
operation on older archives. It just works(tm) with pmwebd webapps,
so the subsampled data is seamless, and staircasy only when zoomed
right in.

    pmmgr: support for pmlogreduce

New control files pmlogreduce and pmlogreduce-retain are introduced to
arrange to run the namesake tool on older archives. The pmmgr defaults
from config/ activate this facility, so that one gets the original
14 days of original-resolution archives, and for the low low cost
of 65% more storage, an additional 90 days of reduced-resolution data.
