Hi Ken, the rc_pmcd changes look ok on the surface, though we need to be careful when starting pmcd in a container - the script blocks in pmpause (as "PID1" in the container instead of init). If a signal is received (e.g. SIGCHLD when a background rc task completes), then the container will exit. So I'm building new containers to test this thoroughly (the build takes ages ....). Obviously we need some container QA here - that's on my TODO list pending discussions with Nathan, but holidays got in the way :) I'll report back .. Regards -- Mark |
