pcp updates: containers need to bind mount /dev/log for syslog

    Containers: bindmount /dev/log for syslog messages
    
    Fedora journald and systemd listen on the /dev/log socket (which
    is actually a symlink). So we need to bind mount it, especially for
    pmie to log messages.
