    qa: fix ipv6 connection hostspec for test 892
    
    Used an incorrect hostspec in the localonly-daemons-ipv6 test,
    recently added.  Rewrote the code to extract addresses along
    with their scope id, and to construct the connection string in
    a more correct manner.  Refactored test qa/776 to share common
    IPv6 hostspec extraction code.
