If you're using namespaces outside docker and to an extent lxc,
PCP can't currently help you (perhaps beyond the cgroups.*
metrics).  Consider elaborating your needs over at
http://oss.sgi.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=1109#c7 .
