OK, so I'm not able to reproduce it here & not too surprisingly QA is in
a happy place for me.

Can you run pcp-atop with stderr redirected to logfile, and send thru the
logfile contents?  Also instructive may be running under gdb and stepping
through until the crash and/or running valgrind with --log-file=atop.log
(and send me atop.log please)
