sent privately. BTW pmiostat works fine on the same archive:
pcp --archive=/var/log/pcp/pmlogger/fletch/20150603.13.28 iostat

Are either qa/1079 or 1080

failing for you (esp 1079 - uses a canned qa/archives/pcp-atop.*)?



# pcp --archive=qa/archives/pcp-atop atop
aborts in a similarly horrible way. I haven't run the atop qa tests yet
(getting to it ...)
