Couple small QA issues

Hi guys,

Looks like we're missing a .out file for recently added
test qa/771 so it's failing everywhere - I'll add one in
shortly, but please double check it for me?  Taa.

I'm also more frequently seeing archives built during the
make setup phase that are triggering low log-reads counts
in tests 087 & 093 (see attached .bad files, for example)
- could this be resulting from the recent interp changes,
Ken?  (in a good way)
