Aha, if you're looking for the gitweb, it's hosted here:
https://www.sourceware.org/git/gitweb.cgi?p=pcpfans.git;a=shortlog;h=refs/heads/webjs
I believe upstream pcp.git/scripts/spin-rawhide already uses the
sourceware.org git location for pcp-webjs so no need to tweak that.
