Hi,
Here are a few cleanups to hotproc. Fixes an off by one error where the fname configuration wasn't working. Also started a cleanup of the manpage to try to make clear that this is part of the standard proc pmda and also give some more configuration information. More work to do here still.

Probably should archive the old hotproc directory somewhere and leave a pointer to the new stuff. If you let me know how to handle that, just a wholesale "git rm", or something else, I can do that as well.
