qa/566: send all diagnostic to 566.full

$seq.full does not work after a cd ... $here/$seq.full is much
    better.

commit ca0db930ccad442adbd1fd62139c2a7cfd155bb3

qa/valgrind: more suppressions for Debian 6.0.9

The code below dlopen() is just broken on this platform ... more
    bizarre suppressions added.

commit 0df88367ba98ba56f197b5c44c13b57ba09096f9

libpcp/logutil.c: tighten error handling in __pmGetArchiveEnd()

qa/566 with bad archives was exposing some flakey logic when
trying to get the end of the archive timestamp and some of the
archive volumes are missing or dodgey.
