Steps to reproduce:

* pmchart -a 20150105.00.10 -c Overview
* it launches fine, and quickly
* use pmtime to scroll time forward any amount
* Hang City

-S|-T don't soeem to make a difference.  If I play from the start, it scrolls 
along happily, if I change speed, fine.  Just as soon as I shift time, bang.
