Not seeing it here - it kinda looks like something else has done an
extra fetch or two to this PMDA during/after Install before the 1st
fetch in the QA script.  (the values changed based on fetch count -
see $refreshes at the PMDA start)

Hmm, need to think about how that could be a bit more... very odd.
