Changes commited to lberk/dev on git://sourceware.org/git/pcpfans.git
Initial results of the qa runs on my fedora-rawhide spins showed some
failing tests that should not have been run. For example, the pmdapapi
tests were failing because there were no metrics present (same for the
perfevent pmda). These changes create basic awareness tests and _notrun
accordingly. I've also tweaked the spin-rawhide script with updated git
urls (pointed to git.pcp.io now), and dropped the dependency on a
specific SourceX: keyword.

Tweak spin-rawhide
Attempt to make spin-rawhide even more robust by making pcp-webjs
no longer dependent on a specific SourceX: keyword. Also, change
repository urls to pcp.io based.
