PCP Updates: Fix typo in __pmLogLoadLabel()

I noticed this while stepping through the code as part of my efforts to 
learn about the logging infrastructure. Almost forgot about it, but here 
it is now.

    Typo in __pmLogLoadLabel(): '0' --> '\0'

    Caused no incorrect behaviour, but did cause the list of
    compressed file suffixes to be traversed unnecessarily.
