This is highly dependent on the version of Mac OS X and on the
compiler/linker combination: I've had to tweak builds for 10.8 and
10.9.
BTW, question for Nathan - where should I get QT for Mac OSX from and
which version? I'm trying to debug pmchart stutter in live mode when
monitoring local host: archive monitoring is OK, live mode shows big
gaps in graphs, almost like it takes too long to fetch simple metrics
like kernel.all.cpu.{user,sys}. pmchart is from the pre-built 3.9.9
package from oss.sgi.com.
