pmdiff - minor changes
- man page imroved explanation of ratios and ordering
- fix -q 1 bug
- fix ordering to make it (a) sorted on ratio and (b) deterministic
- additional QA coverage: 836 (remade) and 996 (new)
- new archives for 996
