I had a quick look.

776 - This is not a FNDELAY issue, but rather that the native API doesn't like the %<interface> notation for specifying the scope of a link-local ipv6 address. I'll have to give this some thought. We may have to set the scope id manually after converting the scope-less address string.

531, 533 - Resource temporarily unavailable while reading (EAGAIN?). I'll need to dig into this a bit and see what's up.
