Sufficient quoting for pmconfig library output shell scripting

Make the -L option more like the non-L mode when reporting with
the -s option, suitable for use in shell scripts.

Opportunity arose to cleanup a great number of shell scripts,
making use of pmconfig but also having pcp-version-dependent
complexities. In all cases test simplification resulted, and
readability was noticably enhanced - win, win.

    Resolves Fedora BZ #1085401.

Resolve a pmdalinux memory leak in cpu:node resolution

The map_cpu_nodes function was being called on each and
    every refresh_proc_cpuinfo call unintentionally. This
resulted in the it_set pointer being overwritten with a
new calloc chunk each time, leaking its earlier memory.
