PCP::PMDA doc looks good ... I've made some minor changes and will push 
that later (soonish).
Other changes are OK ... I was avoiding changing the copyright notices 
when the "new" stuff was actually copied from someplace else, so this 
was sort of intentional rather than an oversight.  But the waters are so 
muddy here (PMDA Install/Remove/GNUmakefile) that it does not matter.
