That's Debian-based isn't it?  Were the build dependencies satisfied:

debian/control ...
Build-Depends: ... libibumad-dev, libibmad-dev

Those came along late last night in a follow-up commit after the initial
RPM packaging work, possibly (hopefully?) you pulled in-between?
